Colin Farrell confirmed that he had only a handful of scenes in “Batman”.
The 45-year-old actor will appear in a new superhero movie as a penguins, but claims he won’t “ruin” Matt Reeves’ movie in his performance.
Colin told the Happy Sad Confused podcast: “I have only 5 or 6 scenes, so I can’t wait to see the movie because I’m not ruined by my presence. Really, it’s a free gift for me.
“The nine minutes I have are a little uncomfortable, but the rest of the time I can’t wait to see how he (Leaves) brought this world back to life.”
Colin praised the efforts of make-up artist Mike Marino, who helped design the penguins fatsuit on the project and understood the “meaning” of the character.
The Minority Report star said: I was a little confused about what I could do and what I could bring.
“And when I saw what Mike did, the whole character made sense to me. I swore to God and saw what he did. And I just went” OK “. And I was really excited about it.
“If anyone thinks what I’m doing in’Batman’is a decent performance, I’m happy to receive 49% credit.”
In the film, Robert Pattinson appeared as a capped crusader, and Colin had previously lyrically talked about the “incredibly original” nature of the film.
He states: “I’ve watched Batman movies with kids and I find this script incredibly original. It’s leaning towards it, but I’m not borrowing it. It’s that character, Bruce Wayne. , Gotham, born of a myth with Batman. But it feels like a cure and version I’ve never seen before. Matt Reeves says it keeps it friendly, at the same time unique and new. I did an incredible job. Participating in it is really exciting. “
