If you hear a low and sad cry of “Dale!” Coming from the York region, now you know why.
The cry of the popular rapper Pitbull Rally will not be heard at this year’s York State Fair after all.
Due to schedule conflicts, the concert scheduled for Sunday, July 23 has been cancelled.
Fair executive officer Brian Blair said in a statement, “I am very disappointed that the Pitbull concert was canceled. I tried my best to host the show, but due to capacity restrictions, the Pitbull The venue that canceled the concert was sacrificed. The issue was just before or after the date and routing. “
Refunds may take up to 2 weeks but will be issued.
According to Blair, there will be a “Salute” parade and “Heroes Thanksgiving Day” on Sunday, but there is not enough time to find another national headliner to fill the Sunday time frame.
Other headliners at the 2021 York State Fair include Kane Brown, Hale Storm and Casting Crowns.
